Station overview

West Lake Station will accent a bustling corner of restaurants, stores and offices near a residential community that offers a prime location for urban living. The station is located near Calhoun Commons and Calhoun Village, home to popular restaurants as well as small shops and a fitness center.

The surrounding area includes several office buildings, including Lake Calhoun Executive Center, Lake Pointe Corporate Center and the Fairview Uptown Clinic.

Future development will expand the current mixed-use, urban environment with infill residential and mixed-use opportunities. Enhanced transit service on the Midtown Greenway or Lake Street will provide a connection between this location and the Lake Street Station on the METRO Blue Line (Hiawatha).

Investment framework for the station
